How long does shipping take?

All orders are sent out the same day, delivery times vary depending on your location.

• We're based out of Los Angeles, CA, and from LA to Tallahassee, FL it takes 3-4 days.

Do you deliver locally?

We do local deliveries in Long Beach, CA.

A $10 delivery fee will be applied to your total.

We provide free local delivery on orders over $100

How long after ordering do you ship out my package?

We ship out the same day your order was processed, if your order was placed before 3pm PST.

Do you provide tracking?

We highly suggest all customers to sign up for informed delivery with USPS. Otherwise, all tracking will be provided upon request. To request tracking, please email us or submit a ticket through our CONTACT US page.

What is your refund/reship policy if I didn't receive my items?

If your package is lost or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please reach out to us. We’ll investigate the issue and offer a refund or reshipment depending on the circumstances. Customer satisfaction is our priority.

Please be wary for porch pirates and shady mailmen, we always do our best to package discreetly.

Why does the tracking update say "label created"?

“Label created” means we’ve processed your order and it’s in line to be picked up by the carrier. But rest assured, your package is on its way.

If I didn't like my product, can I get a refund?

We strive to provide the highest quality products, but we understand preferences vary. Unfortunately, due to the nature of cannabis products, we cannot offer refunds for opened items. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right.

We do however offer refunds if an item is defective. Please submit a ticket and image/videos verifying it.

We don't wholesale, but we will point you in the right direction.

How come I got a different flavor?

We do our best to fulfill every order accurately, but occasionally a flavor may be out of stock and substituted to avoid delays.
